The Warsash area was once renowned for its strawberry growing, most of which has now gone. The area known as Strawberry Field is now an open space for the public to pursue quiet recreation and enjoy views across the River Hamble and down Southampton Water. The Solent Way crosses the Field along the cliff edge.
Our work today is to carry out some much needed path repairs to enable people to continue enjoying the site without damaging it.
